Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through CarInterra.

1. Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Vehicle-specific, pre-cut, customized, backordered, or high-demand products may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping destinations

We ship to many international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when possible.

We may be unable to ship to certain countries, remote regions, PO boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or restricted locations.

3. Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Typical estimated transit times:

  • Standard international shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express international shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout where available. Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only under the stated conditions.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or failure to pay required import charges.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit number, postal code, phone number, and any delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we may deduct shipping costs, return costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees from any refund where permitted by law.

7. Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international shipments.

8. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at hello@carinterra.com with your order number and tracking number.

For damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product packaging, and damaged item.

We may need to open a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

9. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability, warehouse location, product type, or carrier restrictions. You will not be charged extra shipping unless stated before purchase.
