Product Fitment

How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

Please check the product title, fitment notes, product images, model year, trim, screen size, and interior layout before ordering. Many CarInterra products are vehicle-specific, so small differences in screen size or dashboard layout can affect compatibility.

What information should I send if I need fitment help?

Email us with your vehicle make, model, model year, trim, left-hand or right-hand drive configuration, screen size, and clear interior photos. Please also include the product link or product name you are considering.

Why do product photos show vehicle logos or brand names?

Vehicle brand names, model names, logos, and images are used only to help customers identify product compatibility and fitment. CarInterra is an independent aftermarket accessories brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, licensed by, or authorized by any vehicle manufacturer or trademark owner unless expressly stated in writing.

Do I need to check screen size before buying a screen protector?

Yes. Automotive screens can vary by model year, trim, region, and interior refresh. Please confirm the screen size, screen shape, corner radius, and any camera or sensor cutouts before ordering.

Installation

Can I install CarInterra products myself?

Many products are designed for DIY installation, but results depend on surface preparation, dust control, alignment, tools, environment, and handling technique. If you are not confident installing the product, professional installation is recommended.

What should I do before installation?
  • Confirm the product matches your vehicle and screen size.
  • Inspect the item before installation.
  • Install in a clean, dry, well-lit indoor area.
  • Remove dust, fingerprints, oils, waxes, and interior dressing from the surface.
  • Wash and dry your hands before handling the film.
Can I return a product after installation?

Installed, partially installed, trimmed, stretched, creased, contaminated, or otherwise used products are generally not eligible for return unless the issue is caused by our error, a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.

Should I use wet installation or dry installation?

Use the method recommended for the specific product. Some PPF products may support wet installation, while some screen protectors or adhesive films may require dry installation. Do not use liquid on electronic areas or on products that are not designed for wet installation.

Orders and Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Vehicle-specific, pre-cut, customized, backordered, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.

How long does international shipping take?

Typical estimated transit time is 7-15 business days for standard international shipping and 3-7 business days for express international shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, customized, packed, or shipped. Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible products. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Is there a restocking fee?

For approved change-of-mind returns, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund. This fee does not apply where prohibited by law, or when the return is due to our error, a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@carinterra.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send any item back without return approval. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, photos or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. If the issue is caused by our error, a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, we will help with a replacement, refund, or other required remedy.
